Refund Policy for consultant services
At ERM Quality Experience, we strive to provide high-quality consulting services and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as follows:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued for consulting services that have been paid for in full.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to ERM Quality Experience within 7 days from the date of service completion.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please send an email to emartina@ermqs.com with your name, service details, and reason for the refund request.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
Refund Amount
Following mutual agreement, we will assess and determine the appropriate refund amount for services that did not meet the agreed scope or quality standards.
Refund requests for services that have been partially rendered will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Service Cancellation
In the event that a consulting service is canceled by ERM Quality Experience due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds for canceled services will be processed automatically within 5 business days.
Refund Policy for organizing events
At ERM Quality Experience, we understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the event you have registered and paid for. However, please note that there will be no refunds issued for not attending the event.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered due to event cancellation by ERM Quality Experience.
Refund requests for other reasons, such as personal schedule conflicts or last-minute changes, will not be honored.
Event Cancellation
In case that the event is canceled by ERM Quality Experience, all registered and paid attendees will be notified and eligible for a full refund.
Refunds for canceled events will be processed automatically within 5 business days.
