Fees
The fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement between ERM Quality Experience and the client. Payment terms and billing methods will be specified in the agreement.
Confidentiality
ERM Quality Experience will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created or developed by ERM Quality Experience during the provision of services shall remain the property of ERM Quality Experience, unless otherwise agreed upon with the client.
Limitation of Liability
ERM Quality Experience shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, even if ERM Quality Experience has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for services at any time with written notice to the other party. Any fees owed up to the date of termination shall remain due and payable.
Changes to Terms
ERM Quality Experience reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
